Churn book

For those who can tolerate the sound of my voice, I have an announcement for you. I have finished the narration for Slowing the Churn in Direct Primary Care (While Also Keeping Your Sanity). I have no control over the price that Amazon sets but it looks like their holiday price is $5.95.

This book is really important for those just starting DPC because it shows you how to set things up in your practice to PREVENT churn. Patient turnover is a killer and you don’t want to spend so much time, money, and effort getting new patients while ignoring the ones you have who then walk out the door.

This book shows you what and how to analyze your churn rate. It will teach you which patients are right for you and how to keep those and maybe even lose others. It will explain why your practice should never have broken windows and also why hedonistic adaptation is always an issue in DPC. There are seven chapters explaining in detail different techniques to prevent and slow turnover. Why slow and not stop? Because the latter is impossible but the last section of the book describes ways to keep your sanity in what is still a tough job. Examples are understanding the imposter syndrome and grasping the “four agreements” of being and Direct Primary Care Doctor.

I hope you enjoy it and I hope it helps. I am NOT a professional narrator but I think it came out pretty good. Please leave some feedback if you agree.
