The Good Doc DPC opened on April 4, 2022 in Libertyville, Illinois. Kate Blake, DO left the world of traditional medicine to “provide healthcare the way it was meant to be.”
The Good Doc DPC offers physical exams and office visits, labs and testing and a pharmacy which carries many discounted medications under $5. In the near future, The Good Doc DPC will also be offering medical weight loss and aesthetics.
Dr. Katherine Blake is board certified in Family Medicine as well as Obesity Medicine and has additional training in Women’s Sexual Health and Aesthetics.
Dr. Blake treats her patients like family and wants to see everyone live their best life. In addition to traditional medical treatments, Dr. Blake incorporates lifestyle changes to help patients achieve their wellness goals.
Dr. Blake has a family that includes five human children, one dog, five cats and a flock of chickens and ducks. She enjoys dance, travel, reading, and wine! She also has a great husband who helps run the office!
