De Aza Direct Primary Care opened about five months ago in Oviedo, FL. The practice is owned and operated by Akilah De Aza, MD. Like many physicians, she worked in the traditional healthcare setting before making the switch to Direct Primary Care.

Your preferences and individual needs are at the forefront of my medical decision-making. My approach relies on fostering a long-term relationship with you that is based on mutual trust as we collaborate to achieve your health goals.

On a personal note, Dr. De AzI has a wonderful husband and two beautiful, energetic children! She practiced Shotokan karate as a teenager and she is currently learning Gracie Jiu-Jitsu from her husband. She and her family love to travel, cook, bake, spend time outdoors and visiting Disney World.
