Townsquare NOCO, which highlights businesses throughout Northern Colorado, reported about Hometown Family Health, a DPC practice that recently opened in the area. Trevin Cardon, DO and his wife Allison Cardon, CPT own and operate the practice in Fort Collins, which is also their hometown.

Dr. Cardon completed his residency in 2021 and knew he did not want to practice in the traditional healthcare model.

Through his time in medical school and residency Dr. Cardon saw time and time again patient care compromised because of obstacles in the healthcare system.  He was determined to find a way to not let this system force him to compromise the care of his patients which led to his passion for direct primary care.  He is also passionate about lifestyle medicine and the use of osteopathic manipulative medicine in patient care.

Partnering with Dr. Cardon is his wife Allison, who has a degree in accounting and is also a certified personal trainer. She brings the business and organizational skills to the practice, and she is also excited in partnering with Dr. Cardon in creating comprehensive, personalized lifestyle plans for patients.

The Cardons are also members of the Fort Collins Area Chamber, which is a great way for a DPC practice to support and get involved with other local businesses.
