I initially said I wouldn’t listen to myself on this podcast but I did. I knew that the host and I had different opinions about what really is pure Direct Care. We argue about:

  • VCs and how they will treat doctors
  • Why doctors don’t stay at these DINO places
  • Why mom-and-pop DPCs shouldn’t take large employer contracts nor should they change how they practice for them
  • Why DINOs almost always fail in the long run
  • And so much more

Here is his description:

Episode # 218 – Doug Farrago MD is an OG Pioneer in DPC – Co-Founded DPC Frontier, Two Blogs and 6 Books on the Matter. Calls National DPC – DINO’s. Listen in as We Disagree on Their Values vs Mom and Pop Local DPC.

I have made it my mission to stand up for the little guy and the purity of DPC. Here is the link
