Here is an essential practice tip. I will continue to give more so check back with DPC News on a regular basis. Now to my point. This is not the ONLY piece of advice on hiring but it should make you end the interview not very long after you hear the wrong answer. This should be done in person after you do other screenings.

Do you want to know the question? Well, here it goes, and make it casual:

“What do you know about Direct Primary Care?”

If the person responds that he or she knows little or nothing then you can eliminate them immediately. Why? For one, if they could not take the time to research DPC before coming then it shows how little effort they give in life or how little they care. Is that someone you want to hire? Secondly, this person needs to be able to educate prospective patients about DPC. How well do you think they will be at doing that?

I stand by this question eliminator 100%. Prove me wrong.

(I do have more tips in my book).
