It is a very good book and I highly recommend you read this and others in order to find ways to fill your practice. NOTHING in the book is really new. I have heard other great marketing people say the same things but this book and chart are very concise.
Going through the chart above I find many DPC docs are consistently blinded to:
- Who their target market really is.
- How to create a lead capture system.
- How to get referrals.
My recommendations to you are to buy this book and other marketing books. Also, my first and third books have a ton of marketing advice. And my motivational journal has action tips spread out throughout the year to work on so you may want that too.
Do not ignore marketing. Some DPC practices fail. Failing to to market correctly is a big contributor this happening.
