I worked for two hospitals for over 15 years. This joke is funny and also not so funny. Even the word committee makes me ill to this today. Oh, do you want to talk to the person in charge? Well, you would see the CEO fewer times than Stan Lee’s cameo appearances in Marvel movies.
But now you get to change the light bulb, make the decisions, and SKIP bogus meetings.

I gotta tell you, not having those meetings is BLISS. Don’t get me wrong, I weaseled out of as many of them as I could on the inside, but there was always hassle for having done so. We don’t have meetings almost ever, and when we do, smoked meat and adult beverages are part of them. Infinitely better out here.
