I have always recommended that you keep a daily journal for your DPC journey. I think it is important to see your progress and keep you on task. But is it enough? After seeing thousands of Facebook posts over the last ten years I would say the answer is a resounding no. Why? Because if the stuff you write down is just negative thoughts and questions about why you made the leap into DPC then it is not helpful.

I have seen so many people asking questions about what to do to get more patients. The answer is you NEED to be doing something EVERDAY. That answer seems to frustrate people and this really begs the question, what else are you doing each day? If you’re not seeing patients then you should be out there hustling.

Now this is going to seem like a big commercial for my second book but I literally wrote what to do and think about each day of the year. I was inspired to do this because of the posts I saw on FB back then over and over. And yet they are still occurring.

Please consider getting the book and writing it in EVERY DAY. It will help you get you more patients for your practice and keep you motivated.
