I recently received this comment about my DPC Churn book and thought I would share it:

This book is so worth $25! I read it a few months into my DPC practice and the advice was and still is invaluable. He’s right, some churn is beyond our control and we need to accept this reality for peace of mind. However, advice like setting a time to reply to the dozens of messages DPC docs spend time answering was such an important piece of advice to ensure that you say what you want to say, and not accidentally type too quickly in a manner that can be read as insensitive by the patient. I appreciate the vulnerability that was demonstrated in the book in order to help others not repeat the same mistakes. This book is a must read for anyone at any stage of the DPC journey!

I appreciate all those who purchased my “starting guide” but I always thought this book was better. Do not think you are ALL DONE because you have been in practice for a year. The mental piece to keeping it up is critical. I talk about that a lot in the Churn book.
