The following is an example from The Direct Primary Care Doctor’s Daily Motivational Journal. I recommend you do this each Sunday. I found it helped focus me on the important things for my business. I also needed the “wins” to keep going. We all do.
It’s time to plan your week again. Here are some things to think about, but feel free to only answer one or even something else entirely:
What things can you do this week to become the doctor you’ve always wanted to be?
What things can you do this week to work on your physical and mental self (working out, meditate, nature walks, sleep, reading, etc.)?
What things can you do this week to improve your business (marketing, advertising, fixing the office, etc.)?
Lastly, what three small wins do you want to accomplish this week?
