What we do in life, echoes in eternity.

I am working on doing the audible version of my first book The Official Guide to Starting Your Own Direct Primary Care Practice. It’s not an easy task. Anyway, I came across the section where I recommend keeping a diary/journal to maintain your motivation. This is what inspired me to create The Direct Primary Care Doctor’s Daily Motivational Journal. And, yes, I know that this sounds like a shameless self-promotion but there is a point. You DON’T have to buy mine. You can make your own. Do it. Keep notes on your progress. See what Kenneth Qui is doing already. He is sharing it publicly.

Here’s an example from my book:

SATURDAY: How did the week go?  Pick out things that went well.   Did you help people?  What did you accomplish?  What could you have done even better? How about those three small wins you wrote down on Sunday? Did you accomplish them?   Or just review what you wrote each day and put some of your thoughts down here.

I highly recommend you don’t blow this off. You will have dark days. Days where you will question why you did this? We have all been there. That’s when you go back to your journal to see how much you have accomplished. That’s when you go back back to your journal to be inspired. Remember, you got this.

No go unleash hell!

(Hey, I am a gladiator fan).
