We Should All Stand Up for Anand

This ugly guy, who happens to be my friend, was highlighted in a big Atlanta magazine called Voyage ATL.
If you don’t know Anand Mehta, MD, then I will tell you a few things. One, you will mispronounce his first name over and over again until you just don’t care anymore. Second, he is a great DPC doctor. Third, he is funny as sh#t. The guy is also a stand-up comedian.
The article was done really well and highlights how Direct Primary Care has been pivotal in Anand’s career and life.
What I’m most proud of isn’t just starting from zero patients and growing a thriving practice, it’s the trust and connection I’ve built with each individual who walks through our doors. I’m proud to be part of a movement that’s bringing humanity back to healthcare, one conversation, one visit, and one relationship at a time.
What sets me apart is not just the medicine I practice, but the way I practice it, intentionally, compassionately, and personally. My patients aren’t numbers or charts; they’re people I know, care about, and feel deeply honored to serve.
This dude is a great person but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don’t tell him I said that.

Thank heavens I am not the only person who cannot pronounce this great guys name. Congrats Anand !
Agree…he’s ugly 🙂
