They destroy businesses that sell out. This WILL happen to Direct Primary Care. In fact, without naming names, it HAS happened to Direct Primary Care. Sure, not everything above is applicable but it is pretty darn close.
Do you remember in Jurassic Park where they were incubating the genetically created dinosaurs? Private Equity is using Direct Primary Care to incubate DINOs.
