I’m not gonna go into detail how these places cannot replicate what we do in Direct Primary Care. They won’t ever be even close. I’m just gonna use one example and that is what is the attitude of pharmacists working in these places right now?
Pure 100% misery.
I feel so bad for these people. The pharmacist and his/her cowokers are totally overworked and understaffed. They are miserable and never smile. They are always behind and at no fault of teir own, do a very bad job at this time.
No business can successful if the workers hate their job.
This is why DPC came about. It is time for more pharmacists to join us.
