  1. Why America needs DPC and why November 1st is important.
    • The beginning of Open Enrollment for health insurance is November 1st, making it a great opportunity to highlight DPC as an alternative or complement to traditional insurance. This raises awareness during a time when people are reconsidering healthcare options and is a timely reminder that there is another way to access healthcare. DPC Day is a symbolic contrast, emphasizing DPC as that alternative. People still need some coverage for catastrophic issues but there are options (Heath Sharing Companies, Catastrophic Plan on the exchange, Atlas.Direct, etc.).
  2. Explain how and why DPC helps patients
    • No middle man (insurance companies) getting in the way
    • Affordable labs, procedures, etc.
    • Accessibility
    • Great doctors
  3. Tell them why you love being a DPC doctor.
    • Time with patients
    • Less patients so you can give better care
