The hope here is that Medicare Beneficiaries can get money in their MSA to use a voucher/stipend to pay the independent DPC doc in their community the monthly fee. Mike Fine is a Fam Doc and has written books etc on importance of primary care and heads an organization called Primary Care for All Americans. Good guy and heart is right place even if hes a bleeding liberal. 

They want independent DPC docs to be involved and ask questions so that we an make this work for patients and doctors..feel free to give any feedback!
