This image, scraped off the web, is actually current. It’s a paper bill with all sorts of codes to make money. The doc who put this out there complained about the system and I just chuckled. This was the same paper bill on which I used to put my codes when I started 30 years ago. I know EHRs have the same gobbledygook embedded in the system but it is ALL NONSENSE. If you are in The Matrix then you think this crap is real. It is not. You may think you need to have the right justification for ordering an MRI or CT scan. That is not real either. All this is made up by insurers so that they can make more money. CPTs? Fake. ICDs? Fake. Quality metrics? Fake. ROS? Fake.
The only way to realize this is to leave the system. Leave The Matrix. And then you will realize that it was all a bad dream.
