The DPC Newsletter Is Here. But Why?

After doing this blog for years I have decided to do a weekly or biweekly newsletter. You may not care or want to know why but I’ll tell you anyway. I want to be able to say things in a non-blog post, formal manner. There are quick tidbits that I want to share about DPC. There are some great posts during the past week I want to highlight. There are times I want to criticize the AAFP in another format. There are other controversial things I want to bring up that will definitely cause some friction. Will I make money from this newsletter? Of course not. We don’t make any money from DPC News. We do put up some ads and sponsored posts on DPCN but this just covers the cost of running things. So, this is NOT a money play.

The newsletter may end up sucking but I hope you give it a read and offer some ideas how to improve it. Listen, the bottom line is that there are only a few informative sites for DPC. One is the FB private groups but the information there gets washed away quickly like a pooh stick going downstream.

Other DPC centric sites have been tried but they gather little traction. I am proud to say that DPC News has a strong foothold as the number one source for information on Direct Primary Care and we keep that information available to easily find. I think the newsletter adds to that. If you have been getting an email notification of a post then you are already signed up. If not then hit the signup form link below or look for the option to do so on the right column.
