State of DPC

What is the average DPC monthly price? How do people structure their pricing? How long does it take to get to 100 patients?

These are some questions people frequently ask in forums and conferences. To better answer these questions, I am spearheading the State of DPC survey and I need your help. We plan to do some statistical analysis and write a report based on the results of this 2-3 minute survey which will be public and shareable. Our goal is to publicize our results at the DPC summit and then make the report available afterwards. Please share this link with everyone you know who does DPC to help us get to our goal of 500 responses!
