Masterminds are intentional and interactive small-group programs led by physician leaders in DPC. Participants are immersed in a setting that prioritizes connection, dialogue, and collaboration. The format allows for extended one-on-one conversations with peers and presenters, giving everyone the chance to dive into the issues most relevant to their practice or career. They include tours of an operational DPC practice and the flexibility to go off agenda when a participant raises a specific challenge or opportunity.

From financing to hiring, physicians curious about the DPC model will walk away with more than just handouts – they’ll have a group of peers and mentors that have their back during the transition and beyond.

The DPC Alliance will host a DPC Masterminds on June 12-13, 2026, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. DPC member Dr. Adriana Raus will lead the Masterminds program at the Courtyard by Marriott Grand Rapids Airport. Dr. Angela Andrews and Dr. John Italiano are your DPC Masterminds Michigan hosts.
