DPC Alliance Knocks It Out of Park with First DPC Frontline Bootcamp

The Direct Primary Care Alliance (DPCA) welcomed more than 75 attendees to its inaugural DPC Frontline Bootcamp on September 25 & 26 in Fort Myers, Florida, marking an exciting new chapter in educational programming for the Direct Primary Care community.
Created specifically for staff members and practice leaders who help DPC physicians succeed every day, the two-day event brought together DPC physicians, practice administrators, care coordinators, medical assistants, and other frontline team members from across the country. The atmosphere was energized from the start as attendees met with relatable peers, exchanged ideas, and discovered new strategies to overcome common challenges facing DPC practices.
The Bootcamp featured 12 seasoned DPC practice professionals who shared practical, real-world insights on the operational, administrative, and patient-service challenges unique to Direct Primary Care. Through engaging presentations and open discussions, attendees explored topics ranging from patient onboarding and retention to workflow optimization, team development, communication, safety, leadership, and practice growth.
A highlight of the event was the opportunity for participants to ask direct questions and gain solutions about their unique DPC practice from experienced DPC professionals who have successfully navigated many of the same challenges. Attendees left with actionable tools, fresh perspectives, and renewed confidence in their ability to support exceptional patient experiences and sustainable DPC practice operations.
The conference included five vendor partners whose products and services are helping DPC practices operate more efficiently and effectively. Their participation provided valuable opportunities for attendees to dig deeper into practice services and explore solutions designed specifically for the DPC model.
Perhaps most importantly, the Frontline Bootcamp reinforced the collaborative spirit that has become a hallmark of the DPC movement. New friendships were formed, best practices were shared, and a strong sense of community emerged among attendees committed to advancing patient-centered care.
The success of this first Frontline Bootcamp demonstrates the growing demand for specialized training and support for DPC staff. DPCA looks forward to building on this momentum and continuing to provide educational opportunities that empower entire practice teams to thrive.
