DPC Alliance Appoints Brad Feldman as New Executive Director

The Direct Primary Care Alliance is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Feldman as its new Executive Director, effective July 28, 2025.
The nationwide search began in March 2025, when the Alliance formed a six-member committee to lead the process. The committee worked to update the Executive Director job description, refine compensation details, and hire a search firm to manage recruitment. Simultaneously, the Alliance conducted an external audit of its policies, procedures, and operations as part of a broader effort to improve organizational effectiveness.
The position was officially posted on April 18, and the Alliance received over 200 applications. Candidates underwent multiple rounds of vetting, including application reviews, phone interviews, personality assessments, and in-depth interviews with the search committee.
After a thorough selection process, the Alliance extended an offer to Brad Feldman, who accepted and will be introduced at the upcoming DPC Summit.
Feldman brings more than 20 years of experience in national association leadership. Most recently, he served as COO/CFO of the Investment Adviser Association, where he managed a $7 million budget and led key initiatives in operations, finance, HR, and revenue generation.
He is also the founder of BLF Management, Ltd., an association management firm that supported over a dozen healthcare, business, and philanthropy organizations, and Part Time Works, a staffing company focused on long-term, flexible nonprofit placements.
Feldman holds a Master of Public Administration from The Ohio State University, a bachelor’s degree from Miami University, and multiple credentials, including Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Institute for Organizational Management (IOM) graduate status.
“I’m honored to join the DPC Alliance and contribute to its mission of supporting member physicians and advancing the Direct Primary Care model,” Feldman said.
The Alliance welcomes Brad Feldman and looks forward to his leadership in this next chapter.
