Refresh Health is Opening in Laurel, MD

Naima Spradley, MD is excited to join the ranks of ever-increasing DPC physicians. Dr. Spradley is the solo owner and practitioner of Refresh Health which will be opening on October 15. After a decade in traditional healthcare, Dr. Spradley wanted to enhance patient care and practice medicine on her own terms, free from the constraints of time and patient volume pressures. She established Refresh Health to focus solely on patient needs, free from insurance complexities. Her mission is to redefine healthcare through a membership-based model, prioritizing personalized and accessible care.

I chose Direct Primary Care because I felt like I was putting band-aids on deeper wounds without ever having the time to properly heal them. Traditional healthcare’s time constraints made it impossible to address the whole person, and I wanted the freedom to truly help my patients at the core of their issues

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Spradley is a dedicated mother and a passionate foodie. Born in New York City, she has been a resident of Maryland for the past 10 years. She loves to travel, explore different cultures, and savor diverse cuisines. Dr. Spradley also enjoys listening to music and dancing, embracing the joys of life beyond her medical practice.
