Sara Kepple, DO is now accepting patients at her new practice, Prosperity Family Medicine in Warrenton, Virginia. In 2020, Dr. Kepple completed a 3 year comprehensive family medicine residency in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She then moved back to Virginia in July and started working at a fast paced urgent care while planning her DPC practice. Since leaving there to pursue more continuity based care, she has joined a top notch concierge practice in Reston, but will still be able to offer affordable medical services within her home community through Prosperity Family Medicine.

“No waiting room necessary, and a comfy couch? Prosperity is not the typical doctor’s office and I’m hoping my patients will feel a little more at home,” says Dr. Kepple. She is a a fully licensed physician with additional training in the musculoskeletal system and she strongly believes that:

lifestyle factors like nutrition, exercise and stress management determine quality and quantity of life. While medications and procedures may be necessary, (she) strives to guide patients on the path to take back control of their lives and become their own healers.
