Mid-South Direct Primary Care, the first DPC clinic, in Petal, Mississippi officially opened for patient care yesterday, March 9. The team at Mid-South consists of Ashlee Hendry, D.O. and David Snodgrass, F.N.P.-C. They have have also just hired a full-time LPN to join the practice. Dr. Hendry states:

Opening this DPC Clinic has been a dream of mine since I first became a physician. I truly believe that the “Direct Care” model addresses and offers solutions to some of the reasons the health care system is so broken. It also helps bring back the Physician-Patient relationship as it is designed to function best.
