Cascade Primary Care Opens in River Falls, Wisconsin

The Pierce County Journal recently featured Cascade Primary Care, a locally owned direct primary care clinic based in River Falls. With a patient-first philosophy, Greg Miller MD, pictured above with his wife Molly, strives to offer primary care that is affordable, accessible, and personal —outside the constraints of traditional insurance billing.
Dr. Miller has been family physician since 1997. His experience includes obstetrics, endoscopy, hospital medicine, emergency medicine and outpatient care. He switched to Direct Primary Care in 2022 to make primary care affordable and accessible. He is now able to put his patients first and spend more time with them, be proactive in their healthcare and truly work with them one on one.
Over the past 25 years I have seen healthcare fall apart. Their is no longer a long term relationship with a physician. Care is fragmented, inaccessible and unaffordable. Getting answers to questions can be very challenging. You are more likely to talk to a phone treee than a person. I am committed to creating long term relationships with patients to provide a better experience navigating your healthcare journey going down the cascade of life.
The focus of Cascade Primary Care is having a proactive wellness approach. From chronic condition management to health planning to wellness checks, Cascade Primary Care offers same or next-day appointments and unlimited follow-ups.
