A New DPC Practice Opens in New Jersey/NYC Area
Eva Cesnek Novak, MD, a board-certified physician for 17 years has worked in the traditional healthcare system, and she is now bringing a new DPC practice to the New Jersey/ New York City area. Dr. Evka, as she is known, is excited to bring a new way of thinking about health and healthcare to a limited, about 100, patients.

Membership, which averages $299 a month/or about $10 a day, provides physician-led care, standard labs twice a year, coordination, supplies, coaching, small group events, biweekly health coaching, quarterly deep dives, telemedicine, and house calls for a single professional membership. Unlike a concierge practice, Dr. Evka does not bill insurance and in many cases, patients may be able to submit receipts toward an out-of-network deductible (plan-dependent).
For over a decade, she’s brought care directly to patients through house calls and wellness programs, including for Fortune 500 companies. Now, with her DPC practice, she offers highly personalized care through house calls in New Jersey and telemedicine across NJ and NY. She keeps her panel small so every patient gets thorough, attentive care.
