The DINO Rollup

The DINOs keep rolling up with other DINOs to make bigger DINOs. Will it work?
Everside Health was formed out of a merger between three primary care groups. They were supposedly a DPC company. Google says Everside Health is a direct primary care (DPC) provider that offers primary care services to employers, unions, and other organizations. They were supposed to go public three years ago even though they lost $23 million the prior two years. You can read about it here. I don’t see that they ever did go public on the stock exchange, though. That’s weird.
Now there is news that Everside Health is merging with Marathon Health to create advanced primary care. You have to love how they create new terms to make themselves look better. How advanced are they? Not sure. They don’t really say. Here is the article:
What’s funny is that I don’t see anything about Direct Primary Care in this press release. Uh oh.
Did they roll themselves up in so many mergers that DPC is no longer important?
If you know any more information that I am missing please update me here because all I keep hearing in my head is the Limp Bizkit hook:
Keep rollin’, rollin’, rollin’, rollin’ (uh)
Keep rollin’, rollin’, rollin’, rollin’ (what?)
Keep rollin’, rollin’, rollin’, rollin’ (uh)
Keep rollin’, rollin’, rollin’, rollin’
