That symbol is from the Rebel Alliance in Star Wars. I guess it was around 2016 when we started thinking about, and working on, a national Direct Primary Care organization. It is no coincidence that we called it the DPC Alliance, and the symbol of the Rebel Alliance is still in the logo:

How many of you realized that?

Yes, we are the rebels. And yes, we are the good guys. The Force is strong with DPC. We are fighting the Galactic Medical Empire and trying to restore the purity of healthcare and family medicine. This battle is a slow one, but that is the way it has to be. It is one of attrition versus confrontation, just like the Rebel Alliance.

Now, start thinking about who Darth Vader is in this story. Who is Emperor Palpatine? Who is going to betray us and become Kylo Ren?
