I am sharing this because Maria has been a friend of mine for decades. I was actually on the board of the American Medical Speakers Association for a couple of years a long time ago. We both were. Maria was a well-known medical expert/broadcaster for a Pittsburgh station before she retired. Now she is teaching others this:

In this half-day conference, learn about the art and craft of medical narrative writing from an expert panel AND get feedback on your personal essay about your unique medical experience.

  • Keynote presentations: first-hand insight and expertise on the art and craft of writing about healthcare experiences
