Ahh, the year has ended, and it is time for you hospital administrators to give out bonuses to your employed physicians. Not too much, now, you don’t want to spoil these greedy doctors. Just give them a little taste to keep them on the hook. Also, never tell them how much you are making. Shhhh. That’s always a secret. Lastly, make sure the doctors thank you for the crumbs. Tell them that maybe next year there will be a little more.
