I stole this from a post on FB. I tweaked it a bit (poorly) but the point is the same. When are you finally going to make the jump and stop working for others? If a physician goes missing there is absolute chaos. If any one of the others in the image above goes missing for months no one would barely notice. And yet they are trying to replace you. If you are a family doc then you have been replaced already. You just don’t know it. The group above have plans in place over the next few years to pay someone less for your services. Are you just going to keep digging that hole and wait?
The best way to get OUT OF A HOLE is to STOP DIGGING!!
