The first set of hearts above is hedge fund managers and others of that ilk who make mega millions but lack real purpose in life. The second set is doctors but they cannot act on their purpose due to the coefficient of administrative drag that is placed upon them in the system. It is only the (almost) frictionless world of Direct Primary Care that doctors can be fueled by purpose and keep the fire in their hearts. It is NOT perfect and is NOT for everyone but it is our only hope.
