Mastering Your DPC Journey

It’s the final round of the Master’s today, so let’s stay with that theme.

This is for those just starting their Direct Primary Care journey. You want to be full right away. You want everything to be perfect. Well, I am here to tell you that it is not going to happen. This video from Rory McIlroy is something to watch and learn from:

“One of the things that I love is focusing on the process over the prize.”

“I would say to myself a lot: ‘Process over prize. Process over prize. Process over prize.'”

“Just to take myself away from the outcome.”

“I can get real caught up in the outcome. I just really need to remind myself that the outcome will ultimately happen if you just focus on the process. It takes care of itself.”

Your success in your DPC journey will ultimately happen. Focus on the process and not on the outcome. You’ll be less stressed and much happier that way.
