Love Health DPC Offers a New Service

Glenside Local recently wrote an article about a new service being introduced at Love Health in Fort Washington, PA. Dr. Dana Mincer, a Glenside resident and Board-Certified Family Practice physician, opened Love Health back in January 2024.

Now, Dr. Mincer is launching a new program called Life Balance Blueprint. According to Dr. Dana Mincer,  true wellness is about more than just physical health—it’s about nurturing a balanced relationship with food, movement, and your body.

This comprehensive program is designed to guide you in creating sustainable, healthy habits that support both your body and mind,” Dr. Mincer said. “Whether you’re looking to improve your eating patterns, discover a more joyful approach to movement, or cultivate a positive body image, the Life Balance Blueprint Program is here to help you on your journey.

Life Balance Blueprint includes:

  • Personalized Care: You’ll have visits with a physician, an integrative health coach and nutritionist, and a bariatric certified behavioral health therapist, all working together to support your unique needs.
  • AI-Powered App: Track your food intake effortlessly by simply taking a picture of what you’re eating. Our app will analyze and help you stay on top of your nutrition goals.
  • Continuous Glucose Monitoring: We offer 14 days of continuous glucose monitoring, providing insights that help us tailor your plan to what truly works for your body.
  • Body Composition Tracking: You’ll also receive a body composition scale to use at home, allowing us to focus on the metrics that matter more than just your weight.
  • Supportive Community: We believe in the power of community and accountability. Join any of our four different weekly Zoom calls, each beginning with a short educational topic and ending with dedicated support for you.

Dr. Mincer says this program is ideal for anyone ready to take a proactive approach to their health and well-being.

It is great to hear about new services being offered at different practices. We can all learn from each other.
