Andrew Anderson, DO of Boonsboro Direct Primary Care was featured in a WSET 13 news segment giving advice about at-home COVID 19 tests.

Dr. Anderson reviewed the three available at-home tests: BinaxNow, Ellume and Pixel.

“If you’re headed to an event or you have something coming up and you’re feeling a little sniffly or you get some body aches, testing that to see if you’re covid positive or covid negative can be pretty priceless,” said Dr. Anderson.

Dr. Anderson reviewed the cost, accuracy and availability of each test. He stated that:

When you are symptomatic and you wanna see, is this covid, is this a cold, is the flu, is it something else?. That way you know how to quarantine or stay home from work accordingly.
