I decided to highlight this classified ad because the owner is a friend of mine.

I am looking to move on to other adventures and am looking for a physician to take over our thriving practice. We have a potential buyer who would be happy to employ the right DPC doctor w/ full salary + benefits. Start date ASAP.

If, however, you’re looking to stake your own path, we’d be willing to sell to a physician ready to take things over ASAP (the potential buyer noted above doesn’t have exclusive). Sale would include all supplies, policies & procedures, vendor relationships and our patient panel; transition timeline and availability for coaching/consultation negotiable following the transition date. Financials and other details available upon request; must take over by 7/1/2022.

Please see this LINK for more info. I am keeping the name and price out of the post so it is not spread around to her patients.

Is the practice worth the price? Yes!!! It takes two years to fill a practice. The doc who bought my practice paid the same price and I spread it out over five years with just a little down payment. Therefore he walked into a place that was already making money. I do not know how this DPC doc will do the deal but I am sure it is negotiable to some extent. And KC is awesome!!!!

If you are thinking about DPC and do not want the startup issues but still want control over your life then make the jump!!!

Remember to keep checking the DPC News classified section for more opportunities.
